ABOUT MANLEY
Originally founded in 1973 as the Joseph Manley Company, the Manley Family of Companies has grown to include relocation, warehousing, and other specialized labor markets.
Our success, in large part, is due to word of mouth and a great relationship with our customers. While we regularly work for the largest companies in St.Louis, we also have smaller, life-long customers that have remained at the heart of what we do. Without the small businesses we work for and their encouraging word of mouth, we would not have been able to grow into what we are today.

Our vision is to remain focused on our core values of safety, honesty, and transparency as we run our day-to-day operations. The manley companies have a common goal of providing specialized labor for furniture installation, architectural walls, professional moving, and warehousing. we remain focused on project managing the entire process with our core values at the forefront.

History

Joseph Edward Manley IV and wife Joan start the Joseph Manley Co. offering standard commercial interior construction

Our first office workstation projects Those were the days of Haworth Unigroup, Steelcase MW, Miller AO, Knoll Stephens.

Our first year with modular wall installations Floor-to-ceiling installations are a natural complement to furniture installation and we grew into this market along with our customers.

Our first millio-dollar project in a single building Over a mile of wall and thousands of workstations.

Joseph Edward Manley V joins his dad at the company, full time.

Jake Manley joins the Manley family companies full time.

Jake and Joe Manley V take over operations of the family businesses.

With the office interior industry's new focus on modular wall and the proliferation of new and different types of floor-to-ceiling products, we reorganized our foremen into office furniture specialists and modular wall specialists.

Third generation begins to join the family business with Joseph Edward Manley VI (Joey) being the first.

Relocation of our warehousing operations and offices to our current location.

We continue our growth by actively offering additional connected services that target the needs of our current customers. We continue to grow geographically, following the need of upgraded office spaces in nearby mid-markets that need our specialized labor. Manley companies will always be here for the interior constuction industry and will grow by filling the needs of underserved sectors in the heavy assembly and light construction markets.
